These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions for using the TidalCash platform, an intelligent debt collection SaaS service. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service Description

TidalCash is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to: synchronize accounting tools (ZohoBooks, Pennylane), manage and track client receivables, automate payment follow-ups, plan collection actions, analyze performance via dashboards, and manage payment schedules.

3. Account Registration

Access requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, and notify TidalCash of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing

The service is offered at €40 per month, including 3 users, accounting synchronization, automated follow-ups, dashboards, and email technical support.

5. Intellectual Property

TidalCash holds all intellectual property rights to the platform. Use of the service confers no ownership rights over its components.
